Bait Ripper primer

One complete Bait Ripper cycle has a release segment and a rip segment.

The cycle starts with the release segment and the motor runs at a continuous speed for the entire segment. At the end of the release segment the rip segment starts. 

The rip segment has three rips that accelerate to the speed setting and then decelerates to a stop. The rip and release speeds can be changed and the third rip can be increased to longer distances.
